Who is responsible?

Paul Joyeux, trading as DiGiTAL TRUST BUiLDERS, is responsible for the personal data collected through digitaltrustbuilders.com. For privacy questions and requests, email privacy@digitaltrustbuilders.com.

Contact enquiries

Our English and French contact forms collect your name, email address, optional company name and message. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; without them we cannot process your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

We use this information to answer your questions and discuss the services you request. Requests for a proposal or services are handled to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your message goes

Contact submissions are recorded in our WordPress website using Cornerstone and sent to privacy@digitaltrustbuilders.com. Our website and domain email are hosted by o2switch. A copy of incoming messages is forwarded to the business owner’s Gmail inbox, so Google also processes that email copy. Access is limited to the people managing your enquiry and the technical service providers involved in hosting and email delivery.

Google operates internationally, so its processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Information about Google’s processing and transfer safeguards is available in Google’s privacy policy. You can contact us to ask about the handling of your specific message.

How long information is needed

Enquiry information is needed while we respond to your request and complete the resulting follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information is needed for that relationship and applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose and those obligations. You may ask us to review and delete information that is no longer necessary.

Website operation and external services

Technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administrator sessions. External links, including social media links, lead to services with their own privacy policies. Any embedded third-party content can transmit technical information to its provider when loaded. Browser settings allow you to manage cookies; blocking essential cookies can affect login functions.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Write to privacy@digitaltrustbuilders.com, explaining your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity if necessary.

You can also complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or your competent local data-protection authority.

Changes

This page will be updated when our data-handling practices change. The date above identifies this version.
