Independent Sales Representative

About us and the role

Digital Trust Builders helps small and medium-sized businesses build their online presence and earn their customers’ trust. We offer five connected services: websites and SEO, website management, social media, digital strategy, and online reputation management (customer reviews and responses).

We are looking for independent sales representatives to sell our subscription to SMEs. Each subscription runs for a minimum of six months and includes website management with unlimited changes and improvements, and social media management. You work remotely, on your own schedule, and are paid a commission on every subscription you sell.

What you will do

• Identify SMEs that need a well-maintained website and an active social media presence.
• Contact prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn or in person, using your own network and our referral materials.
• Present the subscription and qualify each prospect’s needs.
• Pass qualified leads to our team, join discovery calls when useful, and follow the deal through to signature.
• Keep a simple record of your prospects and share regular pipeline updates with our team.

What we are looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally with SMEs.
• An existing network of business owners, shopkeepers, craftspeople or professionals is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing basics: websites, SEO, social media and online reviews.
• Fluent English.
• Autonomous, organised and comfortable with a 100% performance-based income.
• Legal status to invoice as an independent contractor, or willingness to register.

Compensation and terms

This role is commission only: there is no fixed salary or retainer. Your income depends entirely on the subscriptions you sell.

• Commission: 50% of the first month’s fee, then 30% of each monthly fee for months 2 to 6.
• When it is earned: on each payment received from the client during the first six months.
• Payment: monthly, on your invoice. The precise payment deadline is confirmed in the collaboration agreement.
• Indicative earnings: the equivalent of two months of subscription fees per client who completes and pays for the six-month term.
• Status: independent contractor, not an employment contract.
• Hours: part-time and flexible; you organise your own schedule.
• Location: fully remote.
• Support: service presentation, pricing grid, referral materials and access to our team for client meetings.
